Leasing Commercial Properties

Leasing Commercial Properties will provide the basics of commercial leasing with an emphasis on:

· Step by step instructions on how to prepare and negotiate a commercial lease.

· Defining legal terminology as it relates to leasing and identifying leasing terms in favor of the landlord and tenant.

· Identifying how to analyze lease terms.

· Interpreting lender lease reviews.

· Handling issues that arise from mixed-use buildings.

· Creating and interpreting letters of intent.

· Understanding your role as the agent in a commercial context.

· Question and answer period with instructors.

This class will be held at Spiro’s Pizza and Pasta located at

18411 Aurora Avenue North, Shoreline
