He has been active in Rotary International, coached youth soccer for many years and has done extensive traveling in Europe, Africa and Australia.

She graduated from Seattle University School of Law in 2002 (cum laude), where she served as the Research and Technical Editor for Law Review and Vice President of the Intellectual Property Legal Society. Allison Hoberg:

Allison Hoberg is admitted to practice in the State of Washington and the United States District Court (Western District of Washington). She graduated from Willamette University School of Law in 2006, where she served as a senior writer for Willamette Law Online. She is a certified real estate instructor in the State of Washington and her practice areas include Real Estate and Business Law.

Gail Kriley:

Gail Kriley is the Administrator of Galvin Realty Law Group as well as a paralegal in our law office. She has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Seattle University and has been a paralegal for 20 of the 35 years she has worked in the legal profession. As a paralegal, she specializes in probate, estate planning, business and corporate law and is currently assisting Dale Galvin in condominium conversions.

Heather Killebrew:

Heather Killebrew is admitted to practice in the State of Washington and the United States District Court (Western District of Washington). She is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law in 2002 (cum laude). During law school she was president of the Environmental Law Society and a teaching assistant in Property law, and she held clerkships with the Office of the Attorney General and the Growth Management Hearings Board. She has experience in civil and criminal jury trials, mediation, and legal issues including contract interpretation, earnest-money disputes, loan defaults, LLC member liability, and construction defect. Her practice areas include Real Estate, Trusts & Estates, Business Law and Civil Litigation.

Jennifer Sehlin:

Jennifer Sehlin is admitted to practice law in the State of Washington and in the U.S. District Court (Western District of Washington). She graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1995 (cum laude) and from the University of Washington School of Law where she received her Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in taxation in 2002. Ms. Sehlin has extensive experience representing individual and entity clients in matters of contract negotiations, real property issues, real estate purchases and divestitures, environmental liability and regulatory compliance, landlord tenant issues, corporate governance and risk management. Her practice areas include the following: Real Estate, Environmental Law, Business Law and Trusts & Estates.

Mr. Abbott has been involved in the practice of law, private commercial construction and real estate development in the Puget Sound area for more than 38 years. His duties involve due diligence, entitlements, permitting, negotiation and contract administration, assistance with site development for clients, construction services, government permit processing, management of local, state, and federal regulatory agency matters, instituting and maintaining strong relationships with surety, insurance and banking institutions, and management of the construction process.

Mr. Abbott has provided services for clients for design-build projects.
