Julie Banta, Manager/Escrow officer has 11 years experience in the escrow industry. Her experience in escrow ranges from opening up escrow branches for various real estate companies to closing all types of transactions such as 1031 exchanges, estates, VA & FHA, residential resales and refinances. She enjoys signing clients and working with real estate agents helping them build their business by providing them with education classes and excellent escrow services.

Bryan Blomgren:

Bryan Blomgren, Short Sale Negotiator, has over 12 years of mortgage lending experience. He has successfully negotiated pre-foreclosures and short sales, working closely with banks, lenders and mortgage servicing companies. He has also worked in the retail mortgage industry as a loan officer, where he handled loan origination and underwriting of prime loans. He has sales and marketing experience with mortgage companies and has established relationships with mortgage brokers nationwide. He enjoys working with all types of real estate transactions. Currently Bryan is successfully negotiating short sales with lenders, banks and financial institutions. He enjoys working with clients and helping them feel at ease with the escrow process.

Karen Cain:

Karen Cain, Escrow Closer, has worked in the title and escrow industry for over 15 years. She is skilled in all facets of the closing process. Her vast experience includes signing clients, clearing title of all liens, handling funding packages, balancing funds, and disbursing monies. She also has experience with relocations, foreclosures, refinancing, and commercial transactions. She has solid relationships with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, attorneys, and title companies. In addition, she has 12 years of human resources and bookkeeping experience. She has handles payroll, taxes, AP/AR, budget analysis, employee benefits, health and life insurance plans, and 401K's. She provides the highest level of customer service and enjoys making the closing experience a pleasant and rewarding one.

Tami Cain:

Tami Cain, Escrow Closer, has been in the Escrow industry for over 10 years. She provides excellent service on all types of complex real estate transactions. Tami enjoys closing Purchase and Sales, Refinances, 1031 exchanges and helping clients feel at ease with the Escrow process.
