School of Real Estate
Galvin Realty Law Group School of Real Estate is a state accredited school specializing in courses related to real estate law and real estate closing practices/escrow. The instructors are select members of our attorney and escrow staff who not only are experts in their field, but also certified instructors. Clock hour classes are held monthly at our Wallingford Escrow Branch and are also available at an off-site location by request.

Leasing Commercial Properties - Through March 4th, 2012
Foreclosures, Short Sales & Foreclosure Avoidance Programs - Through July 21st, 2012. This is a 4 clock hour class focused on current issues involving foreclosures, the listing and selling of potential short sale properties and understanding of the various federal modification, refinance and foreclosure avoidance programs.
