We ask that you complete the attached income and expense form , questionnaire, contact Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to determine if your loan is owned or guaranteed by either of them, and provide us the documentation at the consultation outlined in the attached cover letter. The consultation will last approximately one and one-half to two hours and at the conclusion, we will have fashioned a recommendation uniquely tailored for you.
