Client Testimonial“Dale, I just wanted you to know that we successfully closed on the short sale of my condo yesterday. I cannot overemphasize how relieved I am to be done with the process and how wonderful the result will be for my wife and my future. I also want to express my appreciation of Michelle Straub. Throughout this short sale process I have learned that you never know who has your best interests at heart; the one exception was Michelle. I always knew she was in my corner and protecting me. Whenever the process was stalled I called Michelle and within a day or two we were back on track. She was responsive and diligent. She was also fiscally responsible, making sure the right people worked on the case and for only as long as necessary. All-in-all, money very well spent. Your office has done so much for me.

Thank you, Brett F.”
